INTRODUCTORY COURSE LECTURE
During the following step by step presentation of how to patent your invention you will be advised at certain steps of the availability of your patent mentor. A patent mentor consultation is completely optional, but can be helpful in general discussions about your invention, helping you draft various parts of the patent application, such as claims, review search results and review the entire application when you are near completion. The different services are billed accordingly, from as low as $19.95 to ask and have answered a question via email, or a 10 minute consultation for $29.95, to an entire review of the application with editing for as low as $299.95. Again, we wish to emphasize that the mentor consultations are at your option.
Courses are typically divided into recorded lectures, general information and course material specific to the course you have enrolled in.
Below is a partial syllabus of a typical Patent Mentor course.
Some of the written material is made available at this time for you to read, but the balance is made available for students once they enroll in the program.
During the progression of the course you will have an opportunity to submit your work and get feedback via telephone and email from your attorney mentor.
Finally there will be general announcements of live Go to Meeting lectures.
